Chapel 22 - Jesus awakes the Disciples
He had brought them with him to watch and pray, but they had fallen asleep.
Three times he had awoken them, but each time sleep had overcome them. The betrayal byJudas is now immninent. Jesus awakens them: "Rise up: let us go. Behold, he that will betray me is at hand".


Built in 1606. Statues by Giovanni d'Enrico (17th cen.). Present frescoes by Luigi Morgari (20th cen.).
